COOKING CLASS: HOW TO MAKE HOLIDAY DESSERTS

The pièce de résistance of any meal is always the dessert ~ it's what has everybody talking! Roll up your sleeves, don the chef's hat and prepare to be turned into a master dessert chef as BSYP invites you into the kitchen of one of Baltimore's most acclaimed dessert chefs and cooking instructors for a hands-on cooking class in a professional kitchen. Chef Diane Bukatman graduated from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, has worked as a Chef and Pastry Chef in some of the most critically acclaimed restaurants in New York City and Martha's Vineyard and has taught at the French Culinary Institute and New York Restaurant School.

On this Sunday, you will learn the basics of making these indulgent and terrific holiday desserts:

Bourbon Caramel Pumpkin Cheesecake

Bittersweet Chocolate & Sour Cherry Terrine

Lemon Chiffon Pie in a Shortbread Cookie Crust with Glazed Cranberries

DIRECTIONS: Take I-695 Baltimore Beltway to Exit #19 I-795 Northwest Expressway. Get off at Exit #7B/ Franklin Boulevard West. Turn Right on Nicodemus Road. Follow Nicodemus Road t and turn Right on Clark's Lane. Follow Clark's Lane to the end of the street. Turn into last driveway on the left before the "Private Road" sign. Stay to the left when the driveway splits.
